Racer Australia was established in 1990 in Melbourne, Australia, when the business started trading as Speedy Parts (Aust) Pty Ltd. Our core business was to support and supply Auto Spare Parts to the Pacific Island countries. The company is conveniently located in Tullamarine near the Melbourne airport and a short drive to the Melbourne ports. During the initial years of business, our service had extended in exporting to over 350 customers in 15 countries. In 1992 we relocated to a larger warehouse facility to accommodate for the growing business and set out to establish our own brand of popular automotive parts such as Brakes, Filters and Suspension Parts. We have co-operation with many factories all over the world who manufacture the Racer spare parts to meet or exceed the ISO9002 & QS9000 standards. In 2003 to come in line with our brand of products the company changed name to Racer Australia Pty Ltd to represent quality aftermarket spare parts.
In the last 30 years we have expanded our business to servicing and supplying all the requirements to the various Pacific Island Government Departments such as Water Supply Authorities, Power Generation & Telecommunication Companies, Forestry & Mining Industry, Palm Oil Companies, Shipping & Road Transport Fleets and Public Works & Civil Aviation Departments. If we don’t have it, we’ll get it, the right part, at the right price and at the right time.
In 2015 Racer stepped up to stock the most fast moving parts for the popular models of vehicles in the Pacific Islands such as the Toyota Land Cruiser, Hiace, Hilux, RAV4, Nissan Navara, Urvan, Mitsubishi & Mazda Pick Up (Utes), Honda CRV, Hyundai H100, Isuzu D-Max and many other 4WD, SUV and passenger car parts. This makes Racer the Pacific Parts Specialist. Our warehouse is capable of handling and processing import and export of goods by pallets or full container loads (FCL). We are able to despatch most orders within 12 hours by Air Freight, Sea Freight or by Air Parcel Post Service and this makes us the number one choice for our customers.
